Quinn B. Rodgers was born to Bert Rodgers and Jennie Marie Barnett in Provo, Utah, on Oct. 23, 1948, and passed on March 19, 2022.
Quinn was a loving father who is survived by his three children Patrick, Karrie, Kortney; seven grandchildren; his ex-wife Diane who took care of him until the end and was with him at the time of his passing; and his sister Kathleen Schnabel who lives in Oregon where his dad moved to in 1989 after the passing of his mom. His oldest daughter Jamie left before him in 2013.
Quinn served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Vietnam War and afterward relocated to San Diego, California, which he spoke of fondly near the end. He moved to Washington, Utah, in the early 1970s and spent the rest of his days in Southern Utah and married Diane on Sept. 13, 1974, and they built their house in 1975. Quinn was a huge Jazz fan and an avid lover of Coca-Cola, which was one of the few things he would still drink or eat near the end.
When not spending time with his children or grandchildren, his hobbies were building puzzles, playing softball, reading and playing video games. Quinn was deeply loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
